Wind energy being a free source of energy is available in abundance. But making use of this energy source involves harnessing it from places which have a steady wind blowing all the time. The fact that wind energy generation is pollution-free and wind power technology does not involve hazardous toxic gas emissions, makes the production process eco-friendly as well.
Sunlight, the greatest source of renewable energy on Earth, accounts for a huge amount of energy generated on the planet. Whether it is from the radiated heat or light generated from the sun, solar energy forms the basis for energy resources utilized for various purposes.
